## Query scope

China new and used car reference quotes, differentiated wholesale and retail asking prices, model/year/trim/region conditions, and available historical price trends. Preserve each quote's date, price category and geographic scope. A province-level reference must not be described as a city-specific quote. Domestic RMB prices are not export quotes or landed costs.

Guest access starts without initial sign-in, with up to 3 successful trial queries. Further access uses the service's account trial or membership checks. Never reset visitor identity or rotate sessions to evade limits. Quote failures, vehicle selection and access-status reads are not successful price queries.

Use connected tool output for current access state and actual prices. If an identity is ambiguous, return its real available options. Do not invent missing prices, records, history, or future predictions. Future numerical forecasts require validation. Availability and transaction prices are not guaranteed by asking-price references.

Only public connection instructions and a Skill are published on GitHub. Application code, credentials, private server configuration, quotation databases and customer data are not public distribution materials.
